Amazons Marketing Team is looking for a motivated Deals Marketing Manager for Italy and Spain based in either Milan or Madrid.
The Deals Marketing Manager is responsible for the design, management and ongoing optimization of our daily deals program and large deal events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Prime Day. Additionally, he is also responsible for the continuous initiation of new customer-oriented deal events and their implementation on our websites.
Management and expansion of the deals program in both Italy in Spain in order to contribute to the growth of both Amazon.it and Amazon.es websites.
Coordination of all involved business teams along with finance, customer service and marketing units.
Coordination of marketing campaigns to address existing customers (e.g. through email marketing) as well as generation of new customers through targeted deals communications.
Ongoing monitoring and optimization of deals events through analysis of results and according recommendations to senior management.
Realization of continuous A/B tests in order to optimize our deals experience in the context of international product roadmaps along with a team of international product managers and software developers.
Roll out and provide first level support for new technical features and derive concepts for automation of processes.
Best practice transfer within European / global Deals team.
This position reports directly to the Italy & Spain Head of Marketing
5 or more years of experience in product management, business consulting, data analysis or performance marketing.
Experience in project management and the management of complex processes with various stakeholders, paired with the ability to continuously adjust priorities.
High assertiveness and strong decision-making and coordination skills. Bias towards data-based decision making.
Excellent analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and the work with key performance indicators. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
High attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills in order to address stakeholders at various levels
Complete fluency in English
Knowledge of HTML and technical understanding for content management systems.
Knowledge of SQL.
Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish.
