The Employee Relations (ER) Case Manager is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the prevention and resolution of employee relations issues of varying levels of complexity. S/he will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the company by partnering with HR Business Partners, the Global Security & Investigations team and hiring managers, among others, in the handling of employee matters and in providing strategic intervention to reduce ER issues in the workplace.

Employee complaints made via appropriate channels including escalations to the Senior Country Officer (SCO) and Head of Human Resources
Allegations of harassment, discrimination or retaliation relating to the Company’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy
Code of Conduct or policy violations including serious or repeated performance and attendance issues
Conduct AnswerKey administration in an accurate and timely matter
Analyze case trends and provide recommendations/interventions
Assist the LATAM ER Lead in country-specific and regionally-based initiatives
Develop and facilitate Employee Relations Skills training for the HR Business Partner community
Participate in global and regional Corporate ER projects as may be assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or any related courses
3+ years of HR experience in the financial services/ BPO industry which includes advising on employee relations matters
Experience advising on union related matters is a plus
Detailed knowledge of Argentina employment laws and regulations, including union related regulations.
In-depth knowledge of corporate policies/procedures and business practices.
Knowledge of financial and HR-related industry trends and applies them in decision making, where appropriate.
Understands the needs of the business/client and appropriately adapts approach, decisions and activities to best meet long- and short-term objectives.
