Amazon EUs Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to manage and support the growth of the FBA team. Reporting to the FBA Country Lead, the Ops Specialist will be responsible for the management of the daily workload and the development of the FBA associate team as well as supporting the Country Lead in various projects and initiatives.

With Fulfillment by Amazon, Amazons new and innovative service offering, any merchant can send inventory directly to Amazon, where it is stored and managed in one of our modern, secured facilities. Merchants may list items for sale on Amazon or use other sales channels such as their own website or third party shopping/ auction websites. When orders are received, Amazon will professionally pick, pack and ship the product direct to a merchants customer. In addition, Amazon takes full responsibility for servicing the merchants customers and handles all customer returns as required, thus offering end to end fulfillment and customer service experience.

FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon. Responsibilities include:

Manage the FBA operational work queues within the stipulated SLAs
Manage the growing team of FBA associates. Hire and develop the best.
Documenting SOPs and improving internal processes.
Performance management and quality audit of the work produced by the team.
Work with relevant stakeholders, Sales, Seller Support, FC, Legal to improve processes and reduce incoming tickets.
Support the FBA Country Lead with new projects and initiatives.
Provide on-site support to teams in other Amazon locations throughout EU.


. Bachelor Degree.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
A bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity. Can work effectively and drive change in loosely defined situations.
Any other EU languages would be an advantage (not essential)


Clear oral and written communication skills in English language.
Inbound Problem Solve/ICQA experience
