s currently searching a Freelance Accounting Manager to join in to its Business Operations Unit.
What will be your responsabilities?
- Accounting and administrative management: preparation of accounting and keeping of accounting records, monthly closings, preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, reclassifications
- Control of customer portfolios and suppliers.
- Calculation and payment of taxes
- Cash management. Payments, receipts and reconciliations
- Other administrative steps: preparation of administrative documentation of various procedures, reporting for public administrations.Administrative stuff:
- Order management Authorization purchases.
- Support ordering. Making POs, shipping and tracking of orders.
- Control suppliers delivery notes.
- Testing and troubleshooting. Claim incorrect invoices.
- Claims Management Provider
- Prior administrative management is an accounting.
- Administrative and accounting management of Barcelona Ventures, mobile.
- Perform the same: functions described for Mobile Ventures Foundation in Barcelona,
- Required skills and experience:
Requirements and Skils
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager or Similar Position.
- Freelance previous experience.
- 3-5+ years of overall combined accounting and administrative experience
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
- Experience with creating financial statements.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable to interact with people at all levels.
- Team player with experience of working in a consultative and facilitative environment.
- Action-oriented and results driven, proactive and autonomous.
- Have strategic mind and hands on delivery required.
