Legal and Commercial Services professionals deliver and coordinate legal, contract and commercial advice and counsel in support of Accenture's or our clients' business, working to manage and mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies. , , , , , ,
Legal Services professionals support Accenture's business, minimize risk and assure compliance with laws and company policies, provide specialized and deep areas of expertise, and coordinate all legal advice and counsel related to commercial arrangements and offerings, third-party alliances, complex outsourcing deals and transactions, intellectual property, public company responsibilities, board of directors support, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory support, and employment law.

- University Degree in Law
- Advanced Level of English
- Experience in Contract Drafting Acumen, Contract Law Acumen, Contracting Regulations Acumen, Legal Advisory Acumen, Patent Harvesting - Commercialization and Management, Trademark Creation and Maintenance, General Intellectual Property Legal Advice, Governmental Procurement Processes Acumen, Regulatory Education, Securities Law Acumen, Corporate Law Acumen, Entity Acumen, Specialized Legal - Business and Regulatory Acumen, HR and Code of Business Ethics-related Litigation Acumen
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
