DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Marketplace business contributes to a significant portion of total Amazon sales and is growing. Each year, more businesses use a self-service registration process to sign up, list products, and sell on Amazon. Self Service registration fuels the growth of the Amazon Marketplace and contributes to the vast majority of new third-party seller launches each year.

The Marketplace support organization in Spain is implementing a Sponsored Product Initiative designed to increase product adoption, penetration and retention. Members of this team will be responsible for ensuring that our top third-party sellers are adopting and utilizing this product to its fullest. This role will also have a strong focus on assisting third-party sellers launching and optimizing their sales over time.

As a result of strong business growth of the Sponsored Products business within the Amazon Marketplace, we are looking for an Account Manager to help us focus on Sponsored Product adoption with third-party sellers across Spain. The candidate will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our mission to bring Amazons e-commerce expertise to pay-per click advertising and fundamentally change how seller products are discovered by Amazon customers. The candidate will work closely with teams across the Amazon Marketplace business to build relationships with existing partners as well as work directly with the Account Development, Advertiser Success & Marketing Sponsored Products teams within Amazon. This individual will also work closely with leadership across the organization that support this product to ensure that all teams benefit from critical learning's and that best practices are applied across all Amazon marketplaces. This individual will also ensure that critical seller feed-back is provided to continue to influence Product and Technology road-maps.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 4-6 years professional selling experience
Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
Relationship sales and negotiation skills
Problem-solving passion and service orientation
Project management skills
Marketing / Campaign design experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Attention to detail, you prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including SalesForce, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint and Excel.
Success managing large account portfolios
Track record of successfully scaling advertising business campaigns
Deep advertising and PPC experience a plus
Experience in Advertising Campaign management and prior experience in discovering and evaluating opportunities as well as running multiple online and offline campaigns concurrently
